Our story
Why we started MERSA.
Ships calling at Egyptian ports were waiting too long for stores, spares and paperwork, often with no record of where their supplies came from or how they were kept.
We opened a warehouse in Damietta in 2021 with a clear standard: every order tracked, every reefer monitored, every delivery note signed and every call answered.
Today we quote within four hours, around the clock, and give clients a full record of each order from requisition to delivery.
